The package price depends on your unit size, furnishing requirements, and selected package category. Our Studio or 1-bedroom packages start from RM15,000.

If our Ready to Stay packages do not fully match your needs, we can provide a customized estimation based on your requirements and budget. An onsite consultation fee of RM250 applies, which will be refundable once you confirm the full project with us. 

Yes, furniture and selected items come with warranty coverage subject to the respective manufacturer or supplier terms and conditions. 

The completion timeline depends on the package scope and unit condition. Most Ready to Stay packages can be completed within 14 to 30 working days after confirmation with deposit.

Yes, you may add selected upgrades or additional furnishing items based on your requirements and budget. Our team will advise suitable options that match your chosen package.
